2. Minimum age

You must be at least 16 years old to create or use an Inner Sky account.

By completing the required legal acknowledgement during onboarding, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old.

3. What Inner Sky provides

Inner Sky is a personalized astrology and reflection service.

Features may include:

• natal-chart information;
• Character readings;
• Today readings;
• Lumen;
• Friendship insights;
• Love insights;
• Connections;
• relationship comparisons;
• Inner Sky Pro subscription functionality.

Inner Sky combines astrological calculations, product logic, and AI-generated editorial interpretation.

4. Astrology is interpretive

Astrology is interpretive and is not a scientifically established method for predicting individual outcomes.

Inner Sky does not guarantee:

• future events;
• relationship compatibility;
• relationship success;
• soulmate status;
• fate;
• destiny;
• specific personal outcomes.

Inner Sky readings are intended for reflection, entertainment, and personal exploration.

You remain responsible for your own decisions.

5. AI-generated content

Some Inner Sky content is generated or edited using artificial intelligence.

AI-generated content may:

• contain errors;
• misunderstand context;
• be incomplete;
• produce unexpected conclusions;
• vary between generations.

Inner Sky does not guarantee that AI-generated content is factually correct or appropriate for a particular decision.

6. No professional advice

Inner Sky does not provide:

• medical advice;
• diagnosis;
• mental-health treatment;
• legal advice;
• financial advice;
• investment advice;
• emergency services.

Using Inner Sky does not create a professional-client relationship.

Use an appropriately qualified professional for professional advice.

If you are experiencing an emergency, contact your local emergency services or another appropriate qualified professional rather than relying on Inner Sky or Lumen.

7. Your account

You are responsible for:

• providing accurate account information;
• keeping login credentials secure;
• protecting access to your device;
• activity performed through your account.

You may not:

• impersonate another person;
• access another user's account without permission;
• use Inner Sky for fraud or abuse;
• evade security restrictions;
• attempt to bypass paid-feature restrictions;
• interfere with the service.

8. Birth information

Personalized astrology depends on information you provide.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your:

• birth date;
• birth time;
• birth location.

If the information is inaccurate, results may also be inaccurate.

9. Usernames and discoverability

Inner Sky may allow you to create a unique username.

Your username may be changed, subject to:

• format requirements;
• reserved-name restrictions;
• availability.

A username does not automatically make your account searchable.

You control discoverability through the available account settings.

If you enable discoverability, users may find you using your username.

10. Connections

You must use Connections responsibly.

You may not:

• harass other users;
• repeatedly send unwanted requests;
• evade blocks;
• scrape usernames or profiles;
• use Connections for stalking or intimidation;
• attempt to obtain private birth information belonging to another user.

Being connected does not automatically authorize every comparison feature.

Friendship and Love comparisons may require separate purpose-specific authorization from both participants.

11. Relationship insights

Friendship, Love, and other relationship analyses are interpretive.

They do not objectively determine:

• compatibility;
• whether a relationship should continue;
• whether somebody loves you;
• whether somebody is your soulmate;
• whether a relationship is destined to succeed or fail.

Do not use Inner Sky to claim authority over another person's feelings, intentions, or future behavior.

12. Lumen

Lumen is an AI-assisted conversational reflection feature.

You are responsible for the information you submit.

Do not submit:

• passwords;
• payment credentials;
• government identification numbers;
• confidential professional records;
• unlawful material;
• information you have no right to disclose.

Lumen may apply automated moderation and safety processing.

Inner Sky may refuse or limit processing where reasonably necessary for:

• safety;
• security;
• legal compliance;
• abuse prevention.

13. Notifications

Inner Sky may offer notifications including:

• Morning Reading;
• Evening Reflection;
• Sky Changes;
• Connections-related notifications.

Operating-system notification permission is optional.

You may disable notifications through Inner Sky or your device settings.

Notification timing and delivery are not guaranteed.

14. Inner Sky Pro

Inner Sky may offer paid subscription functionality under the name Inner Sky Pro.

Available plans, pricing, and billing periods are shown through the applicable purchase interface.

Prices and available features may change for future purchases or renewals subject to applicable law and store rules.

15. Apple and Google subscriptions

Subscriptions purchased through Apple or Google are billed and managed by the relevant platform.

Subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled through the relevant platform settings.

Refunds are governed by:

• applicable law;
• Apple or Google's applicable rules;
• mandatory consumer rights.

Deleting your Inner Sky account does not automatically cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription.

You must cancel the store subscription separately if you wish to stop future billing.

Where supported by the current implementation, you may restore a previous purchase using the available restore-purchases option.

16. Free and paid functionality

Inner Sky may offer different functionality or content depth to Free and Pro users.

Inner Sky may reasonably:

• add features;
• remove features;
• change features;
• move functionality between Free and Pro;
• introduce new subscription functionality.

Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.

17. Account deletion

You may permanently delete your Inner Sky account through the available in-app deletion functionality.

Account deletion is irreversible.

It may remove information including:

• profile data;
• birth information;
• natal-chart information;
• readings;
• Lumen conversations;
• Connections;
• consent records;
• shared relationship analyses involving your account.

Information that applicable law requires Inner Sky to retain may be retained only as required by law.

Deleting your Inner Sky account does not itself cancel a store subscription.

18. Privacy

Inner Sky's Privacy Policy describes how personal data is processed.

19. Your content

You retain your rights in content you submit to Inner Sky.

You grant Inner Sky and its service providers the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, and store your content, and to display it where a feature you use requires that (for example, a shared relationship analysis you and a Connection have both authorized), for purposes including:

• providing requested functionality;
• producing requested AI output;
• content moderation;
• service security;
• legal compliance.

This does not authorize Inner Sky to sell private Lumen content for advertising.

20. Generated content

Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, personalized Inner Sky output may be used for personal purposes.

You may not:

• present Inner Sky output as professional advice;
• use output to infringe another person's rights;
• systematically scrape Inner Sky to build a competing dataset, model, or service;
• circumvent technical restrictions.

21. Intellectual property

Inner Sky's:

• software;
• visual identity;
• interface;
• brand;
• logos;
• original editorial framework;
• protected product content

is owned by or licensed to Inner Sky and may be protected by intellectual-property law.

These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.

22. Acceptable use

You may not use Inner Sky to:

• violate applicable law;
• exploit or abuse another person;
• distribute malicious software;
• circumvent security;
• access data belonging to another user without authorization;
• exploit vulnerabilities;
• automate abusive account or connection activity.

Inner Sky may restrict access where reasonably necessary to prevent material abuse, fraud, or security risks.

23. Third-party services

Inner Sky relies on third-party services including providers such as:

• Supabase;
• OpenAI;
• RevenueCat;
• Prokerala;
• Expo;
• Apple;
• Google.

The availability of these services may affect Inner Sky.

Third-party services may operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

24. Availability and product changes

Inner Sky aims to provide a reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Inner Sky may:

• maintain the service;
• update features;
• redesign features;
• temporarily disable functionality;
• discontinue functionality.

Applicable consumer-law requirements continue to apply.

25. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Inner Sky is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss resulting solely from:

• reliance on astrology interpretations;
• reliance on AI-generated content;
• personal decisions made using a reading;
• temporary service interruption;
• third-party infrastructure failures.

Mandatory Belgian and EU consumer protections remain unaffected.

26. Suspension and termination

Inner Sky may reasonably restrict or suspend access because of:

• fraud;
• material security risk;
• unlawful activity;
• serious abuse;
• serious or repeated violation of these Terms.

Where appropriate or legally required, notice will be provided.

27. Changes to these Terms

Inner Sky may update these Terms where:

• the service changes;
• the business model changes;
• applicable legal requirements change.

For material changes, appropriate notice will be provided where required, and Inner Sky may require you to acknowledge the updated Terms before continuing to use certain features.

28. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Belgian law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under applicable law.

Before pursuing formal legal action, you are encouraged to contact Inner Sky at the configured contact email to attempt to resolve the matter informally.

Disputes will be handled by courts or dispute-resolution bodies having jurisdiction under applicable law.

29. Severability

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the extent legally possible.
